Just so, I was introduced to Mad Dog and Dreamer and the other truckers when I rode shotgun for 15 days. But I will save the rest of the story--along with the many stories that happened to me in my 84 years--some sad, some funny, many just plain ridiculous. I've told these stories interlaced with poems for a good part of my life. Join us for a tear and a laugh!
Dr. Bettie Sellers, retired Goolsby Professor of English at Young Harris College, has written several books of poetry. She was Poet Laureate of Georgia and has received numerous awards honoring her many contributions to Georgia and the world.
