Justice is a collective term that can be divided into two broad categories: just behavior and the administration of law. What is justice? What does it demand of individuals and societies? What is the proper distribution of wealth and resources in society? This course will be a review of the leading theories of justice involving 4th century BC Greek philosopher Aristotle,18th century German philosopher Immanuel Kant, and 19th century German philologist and philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche.
