Complete the Registration Form and mail it to the address on the form. Please be sure to include the annual membership fee if you are not a current member. Also include name, address, email and phone number. Vehicle information is required for parking decal which will be mailed to you.
The Registration Form can be downloaded and printed from the web site www.iclyhc.org. Link to the registration form is on the home page or you can find it in the bulletin.
To join ICL you will need to fill out a registration form with the required information. Annual dues are $25 and course fees vary from $12 to $24 per course. If you are new to ICL you will need to fill out the necessary information to obtain a permanent vehicle decal.
You will only be notified if a class is canceled or the student limit has been reached.
On line payments are not accepted. Cash or checks only.
Refunds are sent out at the end of each semester.
Young Harris College requires all ICL students to have a parking decal on their automobile. If you are a new member or have a new vehicle please fill out the necessary vehicle information on the registration form and a decal will be sent to you within 7 to 10 days. The decal is good for as long as you own the vehicle.

You will be notified if a class is cancel due to weather or other reasons.
If a class is full you will be notified by the registrar and given the option to take another class or receive a refund.
All students participating in ICL must sign the waiver on the registration page when registering for a course.
